Which Driver is the Reincarnation of Drivers Past?! (Part1)

So, a lot of people compare certain drivers to those from the past. Like Max to Senna, and so forth. Now, I thought it would be cool to take a look at certain drivers on the grid and look at not just at there driving style, but how they are off the track as well. An compare them to drivers from the past. I think this will be really a cool way to see the current drivers in a new or maybe old light.

Now, this is completely based on my opinion and doesn't mean the drivers I pick might not fit what you think. If you think one might need to be switched or I may have missed some driver. Let me know in the comments or send me a message! I am always open to other opinions.

So, lets start out with the number one driver of our era. Lewis Hamilton the newly crowned 7 time world champion of the world. This one I didn't really have to think to hard about as I already kind of had a good idea of the driver he reminds me of. A driver that we recently lost a few months back and one who actually never one a championship himself. But, was a truly transcended driver in his time as well.

That driver is Sir Sterling Moss, you probably are wondering why I picked him when he hasn't accomplished as much as Lewis has. Well, I said it wasn't just about driving that I went by for this list. Moss was an incredible driver in his own right and one in every team he raced with. Much like Lewis has done with McLaren and Mercedes. But, it was what Moss did as a character on the track and off the track. He once stuck up for a rival in the championship fight that year. Instead of letting the driver suffer under the FIA and possibly winning his only title. However, he took there side and showed that even in a competitive world of Formula One. You can still be a gentleman. Now, I am not saying Lewis might do that. I do know that like Moss he has taken a different approach to being a champion. By showing you don't need to be aggressive on track all the time and pull under handed moves to win. But, also showing you can do more with your title and pronounced life in the public eye. By giving back, and pushing for change not just within racing world. But the world itself. And even with all the flak from the press and maybe some other drivers, he continues to push the boundaries. Just like Moss did in his day.
